The Risk Scorecard is a self-assessment
The scorecard, your score, and any report generated from it reflect the answers you provide. We do not independently verify your answers, and the result is only as accurate as the information you enter.
Not legal advice
Nothing on this site, in the scorecard, in any report, or in a Readiness Review engagement constitutes legal advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified lawyer.
No guarantee of compliance
We do not certify, guarantee, or represent that your property is “fully compliant” or “100% compliant” with the DPDP Act, the Aadhaar Act, or any other law, at any point. We describe readiness, gaps, and evidence — not certification.
Paid engagements
The Readiness Review is a fixed-scope service governed by a separate engagement letter, which takes precedence over these terms for that engagement.
Acceptable use
Don’t use this site or the scorecard to submit data you are not authorised to submit, to attempt to disrupt the service, or to misrepresent who you are.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
